Denise Sayer

Vice President, CCA For Social Good

As Vice President of CCA For Social Good, Denise Sayer is co-innovator of ECE Shared Resources and Nonprofit Shared Resources - two web-based knowledge hubs that provide a wealth of pragmatic tools and knowledge to help nonprofits and childcare programs manage the operational and business-aspects of their organizations so they can focus on what matters most - advancing their missions. 
 
Denise Sayer joined CCA Global in 2004 and held positions including Corporate Marketing Manager, responsible for identifying trendsetter ideas, services and tools; and Director of Strategic Initiatives, leading the exploration of new business initiatives. This experience, coupled with her passion and vision, provides a unique skill set to poise the CCA For Social Good division for continued growth.

Prior to joining CCA Global, Denise was with Teledyne Electronic Technologies, where she successfully managed business unit sales and marketing communications, program management reporting, customer satisfaction and led a team of 6 quality management auditors. Denise passed the challenging accredited ISO 9000 Lead Auditor of Quality Systems exam and later led her company to successfully achieve multiple external quality certification audits.  As a United Way Campaign Manager, she increased company participation and contributions by more than 15%. More recently, Denise is a three-time recipient of the Early Learning Champion Award for her work supporting the early childhood care and education community in New Hampshire.

Denise graduated Daniel Webster College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management achieving academic honors, faculty commendations for extraordinary achievement, and being named to both the President's and Dean's lists.  Married and the mother of a blended family of three, Denise actively volunteers in her community and chairs the St. Francis of Assisi Church Arts and Environment Committee.

Denise is based out of CCA Global's corporate office in Manchester, NH.
