I chose CCA Global Partners as a place to work because I was so intrigued with its culture and the professional growth potential within the organization. That was over 9 years ago, and I have stayed with CCA because of the excitement of what I do (no two days are the same) and because the leadership continues to show such appreciation for every employee in numerous ways. From fun lunchtime appreciation events to thoughtful gift cards on our birthdays, I value the way I’m treated as an employee.
As a potential candidate, I would tell you that this is no ordinary workplace. There is a constant sense of friendliness and a huge focus on doing what’s right for the members of our cooperative. Compared to other organizations I’ve worked for, CCA offers a sense of empowerment, of pride, and of responsibility that I’ve not experienced at other places. It’s another reason I stay. I would describe CCA as an organization of wonderful people watching out for the best interest of small business owners across North America and around the globe. We know how much they contribute to their communities and employees, and we are here to ensure their continued success.
What I love about CCA is that it has not only helped me grow professionally in my career, but it has encouraged me to grow personally as well. Through our involvement in charities like Big Brothers, Big Sisters, I have had an opportunity to experience the joy of being a big brother and cherish this on-site opportunity to make a difference in the life of a young individual.
If you’re looking for a punch-the-clock, nine-to-five place to work, I suggest you look elsewhere. If you need an exciting, interactive, small business focused organization, CCA is the place for you!

In the 10 years I have been with CCA, I have worked with an amazing group of talented and driven people. The caliber of our employees is truly one of the great things about CCA. I feel so fortunate to work for a company that strives so hard to ensure we are all recognized and appreciated. Of course, what would a business be without the support of who we are working for…our members. This is what our leadership never forgets and creates a culture ensuring we are putting our members first and that stands out from the rest! I am so proud to work for a company that walks with such conviction for our members, for our community and creates such a positive workplace environment. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail”. That is CCA.
I have been with CCA for almost 10 years, and it’s a great place to work. I joined CCA because I always heard about the quality of the people, its mission, and its members. It sounded too good to be true, but since joining CCA it has been nothing but spot on. It’s the small things that make the most difference.
People often ask about CCA and our difference and it’s truly about our members and our people. First, our members are the best retailers in the marketplace, and our goal is to continue to find ways to give them the competitive edge against the big boys. They are family-owned businesses, and we understand that their reputation and lives are on the line every day. Not only are they our members, they are also our shareholders so much is at stake.
Next, our people are the best in the industry! They bring extraordinary value to CCA because of their intellect, creativity, commitment, and industry knowledge. The success of our members is a reflection of the quality and dedication of our people.
There are so many things that I value about CCA, but let me touch on a few…
Members First!
Ask any CCA employee and they will tell you it’s “members first.” Do the right thing for our members!
The CCA Way!
This is still fairly new to CCA, but it has become the culture within CCA.
Building for America’s Bravest!
Carpet One Floor & Home is proud to support Building for America’s Bravest in their efforts to build smart homes for our most catastrophically injured service members.
I am very fortunate to work for an organization like CCA with great members and great employees. I look forward to a long career as a CCA employee, and hope to help its continued success.

I joined CCA as a Junior Staff Accountant because I was fresh out of college and had student loans to pay! I’m still here two decades later because of the tremendous opportunity for advancement and the amazing sense of fulfillment that comes from empowering small businesses. Seeing my team’s efforts yield positive results for an individual business is immensely rewarding. CCA cares for each member, employee and the community at large. In addition to supporting national charities such as Building for America’s Bravest and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, employees are afforded time each April to go into their local communities to volunteer at nursing homes, animal sanctuaries, homeless shelters and food banks.
At CCA we live by a set of principles. We strive to keep an open mind, energize the team, show respect and take responsibility in everything that we do. Adhering to these principles creates a family spirit where collaboration is valued and innovation is encouraged. I still walk in the front doors wondering what the day will bring and it is a great feeling. Thankfully, my student loans are long gone, but I’m glad they prompted me to join CCA so many years ago.

I was first hired, the tag line for CCA was “The Power to Do More”. That statement was intended for the small businesses that we represent, however I think it’s a great indication of what CCA has always offered to its employees as well. CCA gives employees the power to choose their own destiny. The various training, work/life balance programs, charitable initiatives and in-office perks are just some of the things that outsiders see when looking in. I and many of my peers see a company that has helped them grow professionally and personally. With hard work and dedication, what you put into this company you get back tenfold. CCA Global Partners -- the best place I’ve ever worked.
