Innovia Community Management Cooperative, one of the newest divisions of CCA Global Partners, has named Mary Hurand as its new President. Innovia CMC brings together the most talented and progressive management companies in North America to improve their profitability and offer clients unsurpassed service. Hurand specializes in the management of community associations and has a proven history of growing companies.

Prior to joining Innovia CMC, Hurand worked for United Community Management Corp., a firm that specializes in the management of community associations throughout Florida. After beginning as a Community Association Manager, Hurand retired as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer in 2010, having grown this company to over 100 employees, with 160 HOA, condominium and commercial communities while implementing several initiatives focused on human capital development, strategic company growth, short and long term business planning, as well as business policies and procedures.

Hurand plans to use her experience and expertise to grow the cooperative which already represents over 400,000 units. She will also look for ways to expand the benefits offered to Innovia CMC members.

Since relocating to North Carolina in 2010 Hurand has served as a General Contractor on private investment projects and worked as an independent consultant advising on new community CCR’s, employee/vendor contracts, risk management programs, insurance, acquisitions, restoration and renovation project management.
