Manchester, NH

CCA For Social Good, the innovator of the ECE Shared Resources knowledge hub adopted in 30 states as a foundation for supporting high quality child care, is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website.

The redesign was a collaborative process between CCA For Social Good, Diagram, a digital agency based in Chicago, Illinois and Binary Engineering Software, a technical consulting firm based in Waltham, MA, with an intense focus on creating a meaningful user experience. Using information gathered in focus groups, user testing and from experts in the field, the new site boasts a streamlined navigation with exciting additional features for users including:

  • a dynamic design that allows all features of the website to be accessible on all devices including cell phones and tablets,
  • a Video Corner featuring short informative videos supporting best business practice,
  • an ‘Ask Your Colleagues’ question board,·
  • new tool kits supporting family child care and financial management,
  • a live job board and so much more!

Customized versions of the ECE Shared Resources knowledge hub are utilized in 30 states to support the success of child care business owners by providing tools and resources focused on sustainability and strengthening business acumen. Resources also include supports for teachers in the classroom and savings programs that can provide financial bandwidth which can be reinvested in high quality child care programming.

“We have long waited the day all of our sites were relaunched! We couldn’t be more excited to see how the enhanced user experience and additional tools and resources will positively impact the great work early childhood professionals are doing across the country,” stated Denise Sayer, Vice President, CCA For Social Good. “The support, feedback and expertise we received from both our state and technical partners proved invaluable to the success of the new vision and innovations in the relaunched platform.”
