The development and integration of the Indiana Early Learning Hub allows AE to serve as a catalyst for increasing awareness and improving collaboration within the early childhood education (ECE) network to empower child care professionals to succeed in facing the challenges in early childhood education.

The Indiana Early Learning Hub (www.inearlylearninghub.com) is a customized version of ECE Shared Resources, an online knowledge hub developed in 2009 to support the quality of early child care and education. Serving as a one-stop digital solution, child care directors, business owners, teachers, and staff have access to over 2,000 innovative, practical tools, handbooks, policies, and guidelines for budgeting, business best practices, human resources, indoor and outdoor safety, emergency preparedness and more. Each resource was developed with one goal in mind – to save valuable time and money so providers can focus on providing high-quality child care and education.
