How We Succeed Through Collaboration
A Culture That Cares
We take pride in our commitment to enriching the lives of entrepreneurs and we know our members get the best service when our employees know they are supported and cared for.
CCA Stats:
CCA outperforms national statistics by a wide margin for having engaged employees.
The majority of CCA employees report:
- Someone at CCA cares about me as a person
- I have a high satisfaction working for CCA
- I know what is expected of me at work
- I have the materials and equipment I need to do my job right
- My fellow colleagues and I are committed to doing quality work
- The mission and purpose of CCA makes me feel my job is important
- I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day
“From the very beginning of my career at CCA, my manager mentored me, encouraged my ideas and opinions, and even gave me opportunities to lead. They even supported my move and promotion to a different department.”
The Guiding Principles of CCA Global Partners
The CCA Way™, how CCA employees succeed through collaboration, was built upon CCA’s already great culture. This initiative was based on feedback from employees who were asked what they liked about working for CCA; on the flipside, they were asked what they would change; and, finally, they were asked how they wanted to be treated. Employees formed a number of different internal groups, had active discussions, answered these questions in multiple ways, deleted, rewrote, and so on.
What emerged from very transparent and open discussions were the fundamentals of The CCA Way – How We Succeed through Collaboration. Collaboration is inherent in everything we do each day. The CCA Way is an evolution designed from within and embraces our approach to success. The CCA Way recognizes four Principles and six Practices associated with each Principle.
We believe so deeply in collaboration that every employee is encouraged to hold their colleagues accountable to The CCA Way.
