Carpet One Floor & Home retailers earned multiple honors at the World Floor Covering Association’s 2019 Gold Standard Awards. The annual award recognizes stores for overall excellence in consumer retail experience.

Taking home the top honor in its division was H.J. Martin & Son Carpet One Floor & Home. The Green Bay, Wisconsin store boasts over $10 million in sales.  The fourth-generation company has been in business since 1931 and continues to steadily grow, while sponsoring various local causes in its surrounding community.

Carpet One Floor & Home of Billings, Montana took top honors in the under $10 million category.  The four-decade old company remains commitment to its motto of “the customer may not always be right, but they are always the customer,” and is likewise a huge supporter of community causes.

Martins Flooring Carpet One  in Denver, Pennsylvania, and Harry Katz Carpet One Floor & Home in Mineola, New York, each took second place in the Over $10M and Under $10M categories, respectively.
